Registration fees for ITiCSE 2019 at the University of Aberdeen are as follows:
Working Group attendance (Sat/Sun) | £60 |
Member registration – early | £430 |
Member registration – normal | £485 |
Non-member registration – early | £550 |
Non-member registration – normal | £645 |
Student/school teacher registration | £280 |
All prices include vat. Registration fees include attendance at the conference from Mon-Wed: refreshments, lunch, delegate pack, and conference dinner. Registrations received after Sunday 9th June will incur a £70 late fee. For a reminder of the deadlines, please see our conference timeline.
The University of Aberdeen’s preferred method of payment is via the online store. This accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta cards and PayPal. Unfortunately, it does not accept American Express or Diners cards.
On receipt of your registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent to your registered email address. This confirmation email can also be used as a receipt.
Should you require a receipt detailing your full payment made, please request this by emailing cpdservices@abdn.ac.uk.
If you can’t pay via the online store please contact CPD Services for assistance. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheque payment, or registrations on the day. For group bookings, we can send you a downloadable registration form and send you 1 invoice for the group.
