Rates
Three different prices are indicated for each category (early / late / on-site). The entry fee depends on how early you register.
- Early bird: if registered by 1 May 2025
- Late bird: if registered by 22 June 2025
- Last minute or on-site: if registered by 30 June
*Student fee applies to undergraduate, graduate and PhD students. Please be prepared to present a
proof of student status upon arrival to the conference.
