Rates
There are two registration modalities:
- Full Conference: Registration for the three days of the conference and the conference banquet
- Full Conference Excluding Banquet: A further subsidized option only available for students and K-12 teachers
Three different prices are indicated for each category (early / late / on-site). The entry fee depends on how early you register.
- Early bird: if registered by 15 May 2026
- Late bird: if registered by 30 June 2026
- Last minute or on-site: if registered by 15 July
*Student fee applies to undergraduate, graduate and PhD students. Please be prepared to present a
proof of student status upon arrival to the conference.
