Registration desk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For working group members and DC students<\/strong>, the registration desk will be open from Friday to Saturday (from 9 am to 5 pm) at the Department of Computer Science, via Celoria 18 (where the WG and DC sessions will be held).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For other attendees<\/strong>, the registration desk will be open at Palazzo Schuster, Via Sant’Antonio 5, from Monday to Wednesday during the conference works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Three different prices are indicated for each category (early bird \/ late \/ on-site). The entry fee depends on how early you register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Early bird: if registered by May 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Late: if registered by June 30<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Last minute or on-site: July 1 onward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    *Student fee applies to undergraduate, graduate and PhD students. K-12 teachers fee applies to full-time teachers in K-12 schools. A proof of status is needed during the registration process and at the conference check-in.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Excursion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    City tours with museum visits are planned for Tuesday afternoon, accompanied by professional tour guides. Those who want to attend the tour must purchase an excursion ticket when they register (the ticket is not included in the full registration fee). It is possible to purchase extra tickets for accompanying persons. It is also possible to purchase a ticket at a time after registration (by modifying your registration via the link and confirmation number received via email upon registration).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are several tour options to choose from. Those who buy an excursion ticket will be later invited to choose their favorite option(s) with a specific online form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
